Pickup Instructions

• Please bring your invoice or order confirmation.
• Payment must be completed before pickup.
• Pickup must be completed during the scheduled pickup window.
• Customers are responsible for loading and transporting their items.
• Please inspect your items before leaving the pickup location.
• All items must be picked up within 1 week after the auction closes.If you cannot pick up within 1 week, you must contact TrueBid Canada before the pickup deadline.
• Items not picked up within 1 week may be subject to storage fees or may be considered abandoned.
• Important NoticeTrueBid Canada sells a mix of new, open-box, used items.Item condition will be listed in the description.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before placing a bid.
• Some items may be sold as-is, depending on the item condition and auction details.
• Please check each listing carefully before bidding.
• Once a bid is placed, it is considered a commitment to purchase the item if you win.
